On the outskirts of Lake Tahoe you can find gorgeous locations near Truckee, California. I had the opportunity to plan Stacie and Tom’s Truckee elopement at Donner Summit which is 30 minutes from North Lake Tahoe. Stacie reached out to me, super last minute with the dream to get married right away because her and fiancé didn’t want to wait anymore. So, in less than two weeks, we brought them the adventure elopement of their dreams!
We began Stacie and Tom’s Truckee elopement at the Donner Lake Overlook and then made our way up to Donner Summit for a ceremony just before sunset. My husband officiated their ceremony and I was their witness! The couple also brought along their adorable Cavalier King Charles for their elopement!
